Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Korvelis mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Korvelis,(“Korvelis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are a minor under the law that applies to you, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. Your account

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or an email verification code. You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account and profile information;
• keeping access to your Apple account and email secure;
• activity performed through your account; and
• notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without authority, transfer your account, or use another person’s account without permission.

3. The Service

Korvelis provides tools for planning, recording, reviewing, and sharing fitness activity. Features may include workout and routine management, training history, recovery context, Korvelis Coach guidance, social profiles, workout posts, comments, follows, notifications, and moderation tools.

Some features are local-first and may remain available without an internet connection. Other features, including authentication, social publishing, synchronization, and remote profile functions, may require connectivity or a third-party service.

We may improve, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will aim to provide appropriate notice when a material change adversely affects active users.

4. Fitness and health disclaimer

Korvelis is a fitness and training product. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Training, recovery, readiness, and coaching information is general and may be incomplete or unsuitable for your individual circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek qualified medical assistance if you experience pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or other health concern. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Your content

“User Content” includes profile information, workout summaries, captions, photos, comments, routines, reports, appeals, and other material you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Korvelis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service and to show content according to the visibility choices you make. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backup, security, legal, or dispute-resolution retention.

You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not post confidential health information or personal information that you do not want others to see.

6. Community rules

You must not use the Service to:

• harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or impersonate another person;
• publish unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or seriously harmful material;
• encourage dangerous conduct, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, or unsafe exercise practices;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• expose another person’s private or sensitive information without permission;
• distribute malware, spam, fraudulent promotions, or unauthorized advertising;
• manipulate engagement, evade sanctions, or interfere with security controls;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or access the Service without authorization; or
• use the Service in violation of applicable law.

You can report content or block users through available safety controls. We may review content and account activity, restrict visibility or functionality, remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or ban accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Where available, eligible users may appeal a moderation decision.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Korvelis Privacy Policy, available from the authentication screen and other locations where we provide it.

8. Korvelis intellectual property

The Service, including its software, visual design, branding, logos, exercise library structure, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Korvelis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Korvelis grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal use. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on or interact with services provided by Apple, Supabase, email delivery providers, and other infrastructure providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Korvelis is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we select and configure providers to support the Service and protect user data.

10. Availability and data preservation

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Network failures, maintenance, device limitations, operating-system changes, or third-party outages may affect features.

You should keep control of information that is important to you. Local data can be lost if you delete the app, erase your device, disable or lose access to relevant Apple services, or encounter device failure before data is synchronized or backed up.

11. Account termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your Korvelis account and associated remote personal data, contact [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity.

Deleting the app does not by itself delete your remote account. Account deletion may not automatically remove local data stored on your devices or data retained by Apple through your private iCloud account; those stores are controlled through your device and Apple account settings.

We may suspend or terminate access when you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create a safety or security risk, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, liability, dispute, and lawful retention provisions—will survive.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvelis disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvelis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Service, reliance on fitness guidance, loss of locally stored data, user conduct, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights available to you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, safety, or operational changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the Service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Courts and legally authorized consumer authorities in Turkey will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
